Many people refer to firms who do what we do as an Elder Law Firm, and in many respects they are right. However, we consider our firm to be more and we hope you will too. We consider ourselves personal family lawyers.
We work with families to protect them and their loved ones when they can no longer care for themselves. This may include helping to get them the care they need, working with Medicaid or long term care insurance companies, setting up trusts or wills, or any other legal planning that is needed. We understand that this is a difficult time for you and your family.
