Ryan joined Weiler Law after specializing in Disability Discrimination and Social Security Disability Law for nearly ten years. Ryan has been named to the Michigan Rising Stars list by Superlawyers every year since 2018, and he is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40. In 2020, Ryan served as co-counsel in a major lawsuit against the State of Michigan that resulted in guaranteed absentee voting access for all blind Michigan voters. He has also successfully handled disability discrimination lawsuits against the Department of Homeland Security to improve working conditions for veterans diagnosed with PTSD, the Michigan High School Athletic Association to guarantee access to sign language interpreters, and the Law School Admission Council, which eliminated the logic games section for all blind test takers.
As a Midland native and graduate of Dow High, Ryan was thrilled to return home after beginning his legal career in Metro Detroit.
